Hi there! I’m Kaileigh, Owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I am a Certified Wedding Planner and a Certified Event Planner with a passion for creating memorable, stress-free celebrations. With over a
decade of experience as a teacher, I bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to manage multiple schedules seamlessly. My background also includes serving as a hospitality committee leader at my school and working as a travel agent, planning vacations with precision and care.
In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am a proud mom of two adventurous little ones.
I enjoy gardening, outdoor activities, and exploring new places with my family. In 2022, I decided to
take a leap of faith and pursue my dream of entering the wedding planning industry, earning my Certified Wedding Planner designation through the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and my Certified Event Planner certification through IAP Career College.
Since launching the business, I have worked tirelessly to learn and grow, collaborating with other
planners to refine my skills and deliver exceptional events. Weddings by Kaileigh is rooted in a love for creating beautiful, personalized experiences for every couple. Whether planning a small, intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our focus remains on making each client’s vision come to life.

I am so excited to be working with Kaileigh to make your special day absolutely magical!
Prior to working in the wedding industry, I worked in aerospace manufacturing for eight years doing a multitude of different things, mostly focused on quality so attention to detail, organization, and keeping projects on schedule are of great importance to me. These skills will come in handy as I transition into wedding planning.
I am a wife to an incredibly supportive husband and a mom to an amazing little girl who keeps us busy with her extracurricular activities such as basketball and competitive cheerleading. When I’m not at a wedding, cheer competition, or basketball game, you can find me at a concert, camping, or a craft fair as I love music and being creative, but most of all, I love spending time with my little family.
I, too, have decided to take a leap of faith and leave corporate America to be able to have a more flexible schedule that allows me to better care for my family while also being happy in the work that I choose to do. Kaileigh has been such an inspiration in my decision and has been an incredible, supportive leader as we navigate this adventure together! I look forward to growing and learning under her expertise and working with clientele to bring their wedding dreams to life!

My background in education, culinary, and canines have provided me with an abundance of skills and experiences. If I’m not baking, walking dogs, or coordinating a wedding, I can be found outside on an adventure!
As a Maine native, who grew up in Central Maine, I feel blessed to call Wells home. I wear many hats and titles, my most favorite title is Mom. I’m raising two wonderful daughters with the love of my life, Jared. We also have a 3 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. His name is Ridge and he is the “bestest boy”.
I wholeheartedly believe all of my titles and roles both professionally and personally have shaped me to be your wedding day go to girl. I look forward to being a part of your day and portraying your love story to those you hold closest.

My name is Allison and I have a beautiful family consisting of two boys Noah and Keagan, a husband of 20 years this coming September and two huskies that are my “girls” Skylar and Cheyenne. I’ve been in healthcare for 19 years but a nurse for 9 of them and have enjoyed every moment. I’ve done everything from pediatrics, home health, orthopedics, surgery and pre/post-operative care. I enjoy being outside in my spare time with the sun and doing arts and crafts. I started as a hair designer out of college and had my own business for 10 years where I could make people beautiful for the wedding day along with catering at the Italian Heritage Center when I was in my early 20’s which brought me to Weddings by Kaileigh. This has brought me back to something I love to do and see that people don’t miss out on the small details they always wished for as this happened to me when I got married. I wish coordination was something people did 20 years ago! Kaileigh has been my friend for a little over 5 years as we met at KES while I was the school nurse. When she took a leap of faith to start this business, I did not hesitate! I’ve been with her since day one and I don’t regret it. I’m the crazy to her calm and know what she wants before she even says it. We work well together and I can’t wait to see where this wedding business goes!
